# About outsrc

outsrc is a small mailbox that runs on the owner's computer. An agent that already has a shell calls send with a repo alias, a target, and a task. The target is Claude Code, Codex, or Grok Build. The job runs in a new git worktree. The inbox returns a short summary when the process exits.

The public site explains how to install it. The site does not start jobs, store repos, or take payment. The repo is private while the first release is finished. After it is public, the same install notes still apply: the owner names the repos, and the agent writes only those paths into the config.

There is no company office and no billing desk. The three bots on the homepage are the three CLIs the mailbox knows how to start.
